Yes, we can arrange a single trial session so you can experience our teaching approach before committing to ongoing enrollment. This is especially helpful for parents evaluating fit for their children.
Can sessions be conducted online?
Absolutely. Many of our students prefer online sessions for convenience, and our educators are experienced in delivering effective instruction via video conferencing. Some programs work better in person, which we'll discuss during your consultation.
How flexible is scheduling?
We work around your commitments. For students, that usually means after school hours. For working professionals, we offer evening and weekend options. Once we establish a regular schedule, we can adjust as needed for exams, holidays, or changing circumstances.
What if we need to cancel a session?
Life happens. We ask for 24 hours notice when possible, which allows us to reschedule without charge. Our cancellation policy is designed to be reasonable while respecting our educators' time.
Do you work with students who have learning differences?
Many of our students have ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning differences. Our personalized approach means we adapt teaching methods to work with each student's strengths rather than against their challenges. During consultation, we'll discuss specific needs and whether we're the right fit.
